No. Both setup and receiving are completely free of charge.

It is $0.5 for the first pick and $0.1 for each additional pick per order, which includes standard pick, pack, and packaging material.

Yes. You receive two months of free storage for each item upon arrival.

Yes. Basic packing materials are free. Additional fees apply for eco-friendly packaging options.

Yes, we offer returns management as a value-added service. We charge for returns with a $2.00 processing fee per returned order (this includes the processing of all items in the return and is only applied to your account when the return physically arrives in our fulfillment center).

Please visit Contact Us to send us your information. After you confirmed to work with us, we will start with onboarding processing including software integration and SKU map-up.
Meanwhile, we assign you a dedicated account manager, order processing manager, and sourcing manager (if you are sourcing through us) to take care of your backend operation.
We will wait for your stock to arrive and then conduct quantity and quality check. And then add them into your inventory list in our system.
Once we received your payment, we will be ready to process your orders.
